Frequently asked questions

  • Which plan is suitable for me?

    Select private plans if you are an individual selling your own vehicle. Select Dealer plans if you an individual who source and sells vehicle but doesnt have a yard. Select Dealership plans if you are an established business that sells vehicles and has a yard.

  • Which payment methods do you support?

    We support MPESA, Bank Transfer, Cards.

  • Can vehicle sellers outside Kenya subscribe and list?

    No. Only Kenyans or business registered in Kenya are allowed to subscribe and list. Only vehicle within Kenya can be listed.

  • Do you give refunds?

    We do not offer refunds because once an ad is submitted, it is processed and may already be published through our marketing channels, making the service non-reversible.

  • Are vehicle request free?

    Vehicle request are free for now. You will not be required to pay for request.

  • When can pricing change?

    We review out pricing twice a year on June and December. We communicate our pricing change once month before updating.
