What is the maximum number of vehicles can I list?

The number of vehicles depend on the type of account:

  • Private Seller can list upto 2 vehicles.
  • Dealer can list upto 20 vehicles.
  • Dealership can list upto 500 vehicles.
  • Others can list upto 5 vehicles.
Which plan should I choose?

The plan you select will depend on the type of a seller you are:

  • Choose Private Seller Plans if you are an individual selling their own vehicle.
  • Choose Dealer Plans if you are an individual who source and sells vehicle but doesnt have a yard.
  • Choose Dealership Plans if you are an established business that sells vehicles and has a yard.
  • Choose Others Plans if you are a business, company or any other organisation.
What payment methods do you accept?

We accept MPESA, bank transfers, and card payments.

Can sellers outside Kenya list vehicles?

No. Only individuals or businesses registered in Kenya can subscribe and list vehicles. Listings are limited to vehicles physically located within Kenya.

Do you offer refunds?

We do not offer refunds once an ad is published. However, if your ad is rejected, your account is refunded automatically. You may also request a refund before your vehicle is published. Other refund requests are considered on a case-by-case basis.

How often does your pricing change?

We review our pricing twice a year—in June and December. Any pricing updates are communicated at least one month in advance.

Can I upgrade my plan mid‑listing?

Yes, you can upgrade at any time before your current listing ends. Upgrading extends the listing to match the new plan’s duration and unlocks additional promotional features.

Do you offer bulk discounts for listing multiple vehicles?

Yes! We offer tiered bulk discounts when you list multiple vehicles under the same account. Reach out to our support or sales team for personalized pricing—discounts increase with the quantity listed.
