Save listing progress and resume it later

When a seller is creating a vehicle listing, they may not have all the required information immediately available, or they may be interrupted mid-way through the form. Without the ability to save and resume, any progress is lost when the user navigates away. This feature allows sellers to save a partial listing as a draft and return to it later to complete and publish.
