Platform users currently have no in-product reference for understanding features, workflows, or troubleshooting common issues. A browseable documentation and help-topics section will give users self-serve access to guides, reducing support load and improving onboarding. Content should be organised by topic and searchable, with a clear path from any part of the platform to relevant help material.
